In this quick video tutorial, you will learn how to manage Buyers in your Ringba account.
A Buyer is a partner that is receiving your calls. This could be a local business, pay per call call network, call center or anyone else who wants to buy calls.
HOW TO ADD A BUYER
Adding a Buyer to your Account gives your the ability to track revenue and assign Targets to buyers.
To add a Buyer, navigate to "Targets" from the menu and select "Buyers". Click "Add Buyer", enter the Buyer's name and click "Add".
With a Buyer created, it can be assigned Targets and users can be invited to review reports about their Target's calls.
HOW TO ASSIGN TARGETS TO A BUYER
Assigning Targets to a Buyer tracks all the revenue generated from calls that have sent to their business so you can get paid for you calls.
To assign a Target to a Buyer, navigate to the “Targets” from the menu panel and select “Manage Targets”. Find the Target and click on “Edit Target” under ‘Actions’. Under “Owner”, select your Buyer and click on “Save” to assign the Target to your Buyer.
HOW TO INVITE A BUYER USER
Inviting a user to a Buyer accounts provides your partner with their own login portal and the ability to view transparent reporting and detailed analytics about the calls that were sent to their Targets.
To invite a Buyer User, navigate to "Targets" and select "Buyers". Find the buyer and click "Manage Invites" under 'Actions'. Click 'Invite User" and enter the Buyer's contact information. Click "Invite" and your Buyer will receive an email to complete their registration and log into their account.
From the Buyer Interface, Buyers can view reports, manage their Targets and update their profile.
